The Telemarketing Executive’s role involves generating potential leads, briefing clients about our services and product lines, and managing the complete sales cycle. This role also ensures customer satisfaction on call and facilitates up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a Science specialization is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information related to water treatment.
  • Languages: Kannada, Hindi English is Mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and contact potential clients via phone calls.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
  • Provide detailed information about water treatment plants, including benefits and features.
  • Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in water treatment.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on tele calling activities.
  • Track and report on the status of leads and sales opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of telecalling techniques and customer handling.
  • Basic understanding of water treatment systems (RO, STP, ETP, softeners, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and database management.
  • Ability to generate reports and track sales activities.
  • Sales & Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Active listening and customer-centric approach.
