As a Social Media Coordinator, you are responsible for creating, managing, and growing the brand’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties. Your role involves executing social media strategies that connect with customers, foster community engagement, and drive brand awareness.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Minimum of an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or a related discipline such as public relations or communications.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, social media management tools, SEO and analytics.
- Knowledge of online trends.
- Ability to think creatively and write engaging content.

- Researching trends and preferences among target demographics.
- Ideating social media posts to pique user’s interest.
- Creating engaging text, video and image content.
- Establishing key performance indicators.
- Analysing metrics to measure campaign success.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to establish a consistent brand voice.
- Developing a posting schedule and managing uploads.
- Managing a team of social media specialists and content creators.
- Facilitating engagement with online users.
- Responding to consumer queries.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency with digital technology, including social media platforms and content management systems.
- Keen awareness of online marketing trends and best practices in social media.
- Ability to adapt strategies in real-time to leverage new trends and technologies.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to engage with and respond to feedback constructively.
