ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Proven work experience as an Advertising Executive, Advertising Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with creative software (like Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting with clients to discuss advertising needs and campaign objective.
- Developing unique and creative advertising campaigns.
- Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to clients for approval or modification.
- Coordinating with creative teams to produce advertising materials such as posters, brochures, and digital content.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through analysis of key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Negotiating contracts with media outlets, securing the best slots and rates for advertising.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and developments to incorporate into campaigns.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and providing them with regular updates and reports on campaign progress.
- Overseeing the financial management of campaigns, ensuring they stay within budget.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong creative thinking skills to develop innovative advertising campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience and promote the brand or product effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, colleagues and external suppliers, negotiate contracts, and present campaign ideas.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities to design and implement effective advertising strategies according to client needs and market trends.
- Understanding of various advertising mediums such as digital, print, radio, and television and the ability to choose the most suitable one for each campaign.
- Knowledge of market research techniques to understand consumer behavior and preferences, and use this information to guide advertising strategies.
- Strong budget management skills to ensure that campaigns are delivered within the client’s financial parameters.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines.
- Understanding of data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
