The Sales Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating, qualifying and prospecting generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound, outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

The Sales Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating, qualifying and prospecting generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound, outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Any Bachelor s Degree related to marketing field is mandatory.
  • 0-3 years telemarketing and/or inside, outbound sales experience.
  • Experience in the HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry preferred.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Salary up to Rs 1 lac per Month depending on your experience and deliverables.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use various methods, including online research, social media, email campaigns, and cold calling, to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company s products or services.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
  • Track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel using CRM software.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Self-motivator.
  • Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly.
  • Friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call.
  • Knowledge of excel must.
