ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field OR equivalent portfolio.
- 0-2 years of web design experience (internships and personal projects count).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for interface design.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Understanding of user experience design basics and usability principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating web design projects and digital interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect design execution.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and design methodologies.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and prototype web pages and user interfaces under senior supervision.
- Create responsive designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop wireframes and mockups for new features and landing pages.
- Assist with user research activities and usability testing.
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Create assets for email campaigns, social media, and digital marketing.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to creative brainstorming.
- Learn and apply web accessibility standards and best practices.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
