ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
- Experience working with creative teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of branding and consumer behavior.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights.
- Create compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
- Develop creative briefs and guide the execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Present ideas and strategies to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
