A Business Analyst will be gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support digital growth. They document the requirements, design workflows, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer science, or related field.
- Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development, web/mobile apps, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Previous experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders in discussions to capture their needs and craft data-driven solutions to conquer tough business challenges.
- Analysis & Insights: Use your SQL / Python skills to query, manipulate, and dissect data from an array of sources, databases, and data warehouses. Uncover trends, spot patterns, and unravel anomalies. Transform these revelations into actionable insights and drive our company forward.
- Storytelling: Become a master storyteller with data and build compelling narratives through dashboards, and visualizations.
- Data Quality: Safeguarding the sanctity of data through validation and quality checks.
- Scripting: Build connections between our analytics database and third-party systems.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, SaaS products, and IT systems .
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & documentation tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Jira, Confluence, or wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
